We are seeking to appoint a teacher/FE Tutor who is innovative, enthusiastic and able to deliver an original, person-centred curriculum for young adults aged 19-25. You will need to demonstrate a real passion for working with people with complex learning and communication difficulties and SEND, and a dedication to promoting and engaging young people in all areas of learning and development. You will need to be a great team player, sensitive, empathetic and patient.

Support Worker 

At FHL we are looking for a full time Adult Support Worker to empower, motivate and value our clients, who have various learning disabilities. We strive to provide the kind of support that will motivate and enable everyone to meet their goals.

We strive every day to:

·         Support our service users to fulfil their personal goals and aspirations

·         Reduce vulnerabilities by effective risk management

Previous experience within the care sector is not essential, but passion and commitment is.

Educational requirements - GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English and basic IT skills.

Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
